Regional food brand Quincey Jones Preserves banks $259,000 for next growth phase
New South Wales premium pantry brand Quincey Jones Preserves has raised just under $260,000 in a pre-Series A funding round on equity crowdfunding platform Birchal, with 179 investors backing the business.
Quincey Jones Preserves was founded by Timothy Harley and began with one batch of quince jelly on a family stove in Echuca-Moama on the bank of the Murray River.
The brand currently has 85 products across its range, from jams and jellies to marmalades, chutneys, relishes, pickles and sauces.
