Smart50 stars Michu Pet Supplies and TernX take spotlight at global design awards

Smart50 alumni Michu Pet Supplies and TernX have won prestigious Red Dot Design Awards, while Sydney startup Bound also earned international recognition for its innovative Looplock product.

Two Smart50 alumni are taking Australian innovation to the world stage after earning one of the design industry’s highest honours.

Pet accessories brand Michu Pet Supplies and travel startup TernX were both recognised at the Red Dot Design Awards, adding international design credentials to businesses already celebrated at SmartCompany‘s 2025 Smart50 Awards.

The international competition, held in Essen, Germany, puts newly developed products before a jury of design experts.
