Mark Bouris wants Business Connect replacement to embrace AI
Mark Bouris called for NSW’s Business Connect replacement to be digital and AI-powered after completing the government’s small business review.
Entrepreneur Mark Bouris says the NSW government’s replacement for Business Connect should retain the strengths of the former program while embracing digital and AI-powered support for small businesses.
Business Connect previously provided up to eight hours of free specialist advice through a network of independent advisers. The program was discontinued in September 2025 after funding was not renewed in the previous state budget.
