Tracksuit acquires Hall to help brands understand AI mentions
Market research platform Tracksuit has acquired AI-monitoring startup Hall, as marketers question how chatbots, not just people, are thinking and talking about their brand.
The Auckland-based Tracksuit on Tuesday announced the acquisition of Sydney’s Hall and its full team for an undisclosed sum.
The move will combine Tracksuit’s existing technology, which runs consumer surveys and presents the findings in practical dashboards, with a system analysing how different brands appear in AI chatbot conversations and citations.
Tracksuit CEO and co-founder Connor Archbold called the acquisition a “natural evolution” reflecting the increasing use of chatbots among consumers.
